Manage container inventory and perform reconciliation between physical and system recordsExecute daily yard planning, container entry and exit processing, and general yard maintenance tasksWork directly with truckers and engage actively in yard and gate operationsComplete and organize documentation, filing paperwork accurately and on timeEnsure container security and gate procedures are followed in compliance with company safety policiesFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to resolve operational discrepanciesSupport outbound operations with process improvements and ad hoc innovation initiativesCommunicate proactively with carriers to resolve operational delays or service issuesCollaborate closely with internal teams including Carrier Management, Transportation, and Settlement to meet operational targetsConduct preliminary theft reporting and provide follow-up support as neededPerform facility compliance checks aligned with internal safety and regulatory standardsSubmit accurate data for use in reporting, KPIs, and management dashboardsPay: $20 - $22/hr.
