May assume the responsibility of relief charge nurse and may assist with preceptorship/professional development of new nurses and students. Relocation Bonus : $5000 (gross). Paid within 30 days from the hire date.This Relocation Bonus is for an agreed commitment of 12 months employment with Sharp HealthCare.If you leave prior to the 12 months, you will agree to re-pay Sharp HealthCare 25%. This bonus is taxable subject to federal and state tax withholding as dictated by the IRS.Signing Bonus : You will be receiving a Signing bonus of $5000 (gross). You will receive the first installment of 25% ($1250) following your completion of 90 days employment in the Sharp HealthCare Sharp Memorial Hospital 4W Trauma/Neuro/H&N PCU. The second installment of 25% ($1250) will be paid after 6 months of continued full-time employment in Sharp HealthCare Sharp Memorial Hospital 4W Trauma/Neuro/H&N PCU. The third installment of 50% ($2500) will be paid after 12 months of continued full-time employment in the Sharp HealthCare Sharp Memorial Hospital 4W Trauma/Neuro/H&N PCU.This Signing Bonus is for an agreed commitment of 12 months of full-time employment Sharp HealthCare Sharp Memorial Hospital 4W Trauma/Neuro/H&N PCU. If you leave prior to the 12 months, you will agree to re-pay Sharp HealthCare 25%.
