Biochemist - Phage Display

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories PSS is searching for a biochemist to play a key role in development and optimization of technologies that complement our client’s current ones. Responsibilities include performing standard molecular biology and biochemical techniques including PCR amplification, cloning, library construction, mutagenesis, sequence analysis, immunoassays, and binding kinetic determinations.Key Objectives/Deliverables: Execute Phage display panning and screening utilizing molecular biology and biochemical techniques to identify hits to support discovery projects.Construct high quality phage display libraries and QC.Independently execute experiments, analyze, interpret and present experimental dataWork collaboratively with project teams to achieve critical research objectives and timelines.
