Administrative Laboratory Support, Eurofins Built Environment Testing, San Diego, CA

Laboratory Support personnel is responsible for receiving and opening sample packages from walk-in clients, FedEx, other mailing services and retrieving samples from drop box. Must ensure that all samples are logged in in a timely, efficient and accurate manner and perform the quality control of projects that are sent to the laboratory for analysis. Must effectively interact with clients. The personnel must maintain an open line of communication with Client Relations Executives, Analysts and other management staff.Receive and open packagesLogin of all samples in a timely mannerLabel all samplesQC of samples/projects prior to sending into the laboratoryInteract with clients as they drop off off projects and assist them as needed.Forward specific project related information to the appropriate Customer Relations ExecutiveResponsible for maintaining the necessary supplies for sample receivingAssist the analytical staff as needed.Other related duties
