Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in the non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine interest in supporting the mission of our organization.Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.

Support event planning and execution, including logistics and coordination.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and managing petty cash.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.

Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus.
