Accurately input financial transactions into the company’s accounting software and maintain impeccable financial records.
Assist with processing invoices, payments, and customer/vendor account reconciliations.
Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Help reconcile accounts, ensuring financial statements align accurately with bank balances.
Support the accounting team in preparing reports and financial statements during month-end closings.
Maintain and organize digital and physical accounting files for reporting and compliance purposes.
Handle administrative duties that keep the accounting department running smoothly.
.Requirements
6+ months of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred (internships count!).
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and accounting software like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and records.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment while meeting deadlines.
