Description We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Specialist to oversee and improve our account management practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing all aspects of account handling across the company.Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
Understand client’s business goals and propose suitable solutions that align with those goals.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests, and promptly address any issues.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to ensure contract completion and renewal.
Keep a record of client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Prepare regular reports on account status for management.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Meet sales and customer service targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven account management or other relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
