An information services company that specializations in data collecting is wants to add a UX Designer to their team. This company specifically works with its customers to help them manage data to maximize their opportunities in life. As a designer for this company, you will be driving user research activities. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in user-centered design principles and have strong UX design experience. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, Visual Design, Human Factors, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent • 5 or mores years in UX Design • 2 or more years of experience working in user-centered design workshops and stakeholder requirement elicitation sessions • Experience creating responsive design systems on mobile, tablet, and desktop • Able to build responsive websites and scalable designs • Has experience working Agile (Scrum, Kanban) teams and managing UX projects end-to-end with little supervision • Strong experience conducting user research and applying findings • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and modern software development process and concepts • Usability testing and performance metric skills • Able to serve as project lead • Strong portfolio with beautiful, usable experiences designed for all devices and contexts • Able to support team as needed • Promote positivity • Self-motivated and can take on new challenges • Strong communication skills Desired Skills & Experience • Skilled at designing for content-heavy properties (testing and conversion optimization • Creative/digital agency experience with client testimonials • Basic understanding of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Adobe Analytics experience • Understanding of Content Management Systems and designer • B2B marketing experience • Understanding of Confluence and JIRA What You Will Be Doing • Drive research activities, like competitive analyses, heuristic reviews and usability testing.
