Are you experienced in land development and zoning regulations in San Diego County? An independent developer with multiple land parcels is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional to assist with the following:
Draft detailed site plans and layouts for residential or commercial development projects.
Interpret and apply San Diego County zoning codes to ensure compliance for each property.
Advise on land use possibilities, restrictions, and permitting processes.
Collaborate on project visioning, feasibility studies, and regulatory submissions.
Proven ability to draw up professional site plans (hand-drawn or using CAD software).
In-depth knowledge of San Diego County zoning regulations and permitting procedures.
Experience working with independent developers or small-scale projects is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexible, project-based work with potential for ongoing collaboration.
Work directly with a motivated independent developer.
