About Us: Our company is at the exciting crossroads of Aerospace, Space, and Semiconductor industries. We have a modern facility with some of the latest tech in manufacturing and R&D. We're looking for someone who's passionate about working with advanced technology and who enjoys tackling challenging projects.

Cutting-Edge Prototyping Space: Our workspace is dedicated to cutting-edge prototyping, low-volume manufacturing, setting us apart from traditional, high-volume machine shops - we're not a "job-shop".

Job Description: We're seeking a CNC Operator with expertise in 5-Axis machinery (Okuma 5-Axis experience is preferred, but not required) who is eager to contribute to high-end prototyping and low-rate production projects. If you have a strong technical background, enjoy working in a collaborative, state-of-the-art facility, and are driven by innovation and precision, then you'll be a perfect fit for our team.

What You'll Do:

Advanced Prototyping: Operate 5-Axis CNC machines to create high-end prototypes, not just run-of-the-mill parts.

Skill Development: Learn and excel in semiconductor CNC manufacturing processes like die-bonding and wire-bonding (with our training).

Varied Projects: Engage in diverse manufacturing projects for the aerospace and semiconductor sectors.

Collaborative Environment: Work in a team-driven atmosphere where communication and collaboration are key.

Facility Enhancement: Play a role in developing and optimizing our top-notch 5-Axis workshop and prototyping space.

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced in 5-Axis: Someone with at least 5 years of experience in 5-Axis CNC machinery.

CAM Proficiency: A candidate who is skilled in CAM programming.

Keen Learner: An individual eager to learn new skills in a high-end manufacturing environment.

Team Contributor: A professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative nature.

Detail-Oriented: A focus on precision and quality is crucial.

5-Axis CNC Operator Role: Key Skills and Knowledge:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and knowledge specific to 5-Axis CNC operation (Okuma 5-Axis experience preferred, but not required):

Technical Expertise: Profound understanding of 5-Axis CNC machinery operations, setup, and maintenance.

CAM Programming: Strong skills in CAM software for efficient and precise programming.

Precision Machining: Expertise in producing intricate parts with tight tolerances.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.

Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance practices and measurement techniques.

Safety and Maintenance: Commitment to safety protocols and regular machine maintenance.

Collaborative Skills: Effective communication with team members and a collaborative approach to project execution.

Why Join Us?

Creative and Innovative Setting: Be part of an environment where innovative ideas turn into advanced technological solutions.

Career Development: Opportunities for growth and skill enhancement in a dynamic, evolving company.

Competitive Benefits: We offer a compensation package that reflects your valuable contributions to our cutting-edge projects.

How to Apply:

If you're excited about joining our innovative team, please send your resume and a cover letter.
