Are you passionate about early childhood education and fluent in Spanish? Join our team at Kindred Montessori, an in-home daycare dedicated to nurturing and educating children through the Montessori philosophy.
Location: North Park
Hours: 1:00 pm-5:30 pm
Start Date: Immediately
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and engaging with children aged 16 months to 8 years old.
- Support the lead teacher in implementing Montessori-based activities.
- Organizing and maintaining all aspects of the facility.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with children in Spanish, encouraging language development.
- Help with snack time, outdoor play, and transition periods.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a Montessori setting.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the daycare.
