Position: Part-Time Driver

Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA

Hours: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $18/hr

Job Description:

Innovative Academy Foundation is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic part-time driver to join our afterschool program in Rancho Bernardo. The role involves picking up elementary school students from various schools and safely transporting them to our program location.

Responsibilities:

Pick up students from different elementary schools in Rancho Bernardo and transport them to the program.

Supervise and engage students in small activities or games while waiting for others to be picked up.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during transit and while waiting.

Commit to the entire school year, ensuring consistent and dependable service.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Comfortable working with children and able to manage groups in a van setting.

Ability to keep children safe, supervised, and entertained during wait times.

Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the school year.

Must be able to start immediately.
