Our reputable and family-owned learning center is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are currently looking for an After School Teacher to assist with our school age children. This is a part time position with an approximate 2pm to 6pm schedule Monday through Friday; however, more hours can be available when needed to help out with our preschool children. The After School Teacher will be responsible for overseeing the children's homework time and providing assistance when needed, as well as supervising the children during outside playground time. Also, the teacher will have access to our resources and supplies in order to keep the kids busy with arts/crafts, games, sports, etc.
Prior experience working with kids is a plus! The ideal candidate should also have at least 6 college units completed (any classes). This is considered a fun and rewarding job with opportunity for growth! The starting pay range is negotiable and based on experience and education. Candidates with either associate or bachelor degrees in any field receive higher pay! Monthly bonuses given as well!
