Position: Admissions Advisor

We are currently seeking a dynamic, organized, and professional Admissions Advisor to join our dedicated team.
As an Admissions Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, personable, and highly skilled in both written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable liaison for prospective students
Guide applicants through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment
Coordinate and conduct tours, interviews, and open house events
Maintain accurate records and communication logs using school CRM software
Collaborate with faculty and administration to communicate school values and offerings
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including short video posts
Monitor and respond to inquiries across social media and admissions-related channels
Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent writing and editing skills
Confident and professional presence in both appearance and communication
Proficient with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and basic video editing
Ability to represent the school with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
Punctual, reliable, and flexible to meet admissions demands
Background in education, business, sales , admissions, marketing, or communications
Must have at least a Bachelor Degree
Must be able to pass a background check
Experience working with multiple softwares
