Seeking an experienced professional CSR to respond to customer inquiries and process work orders with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving skills, time management and adaptability to support field personnel for daily scheduling of work orders, interacting with clients while maintaining accurate notes of job progression. This position requires a person who is a self-starter likes to problem solve and work with a team.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Duties could include creating new work orders for existing clients, dispatching, managing and scheduling work orders, creating and submitting quotes to our clients. Light project management dependent on the client while working with our team and clients communicating job progression clearly and accurately. Following up on work progress, answer calls and provide updates if requested. Construction knowledge is a plus for this position. Hourly wage is dependent on your experience.
