We are a trusted, locally owned Farmers Insurance Agency with a 5-star rating. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on delivering personalized and high-quality service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This part-time position has the opportunity to transition to full-time as we expand.
CA Insurance license is required
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in both English and Spanish, providing assistance via phone, email, or in person.
-Answer questions about policies, billing, claims, and other insurance-related matters.
-Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and provide recommendations based on their needs.
-Handle policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
-Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
-Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
-Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining client documentation.
Qualifications:
-Bilingual in Spanish and English – fluency in both languages is required.
-Previous customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally in both languages.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
-Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
-Proficient in using computer programs and comfortable learning new systems.
-Ability to pass a Company Background Check
