Fast growing company located in Miramar is looking for a full-time office associate/customer relationship associate.
Duties include.
Provide administrative assistance to C Suite Executives
Answering phones and email.
Assist with special projects
Be accountable to manage shipments and repairs including online research and resolving of customer inquiries and all the documentation/communication related to the task, including hiring of service Technicians, negotiating service rates and scheduling of payments to said Technicians
Be comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding accounts
Dealing with office operations and systems, including keeping records, filing (scanning, electronic and hard copies) and maintain efficient and organized files and documentation
Support Accounting Department with duties that include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and additional data entry tasks
Assisting with purchasing of components and sourcing
Dealing with weekly stock count
Assisting with any additional tasks not specified above
Requirements:
- Experience working in a corporate environment and strong customer support skills
- Bachelor's degree in office management, business administration or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Dynamic and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills and be creative
- Must be VERY Detail oriented, can do attitude, dependable, willingness to assist in all functional areas as needed
- The ability to see tasks through to completion
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast passed environment
- Must be computer literate and have substantial experience in Excel, Outlook, a working knowledge of QuickBooks
