Job Title: Dispatcher/CSR

Location: 4660 Viewridge Ave #B, San Diego, CA 92123
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and schedule appliance repair appointments.
Coordinate service calls with technicians and ensure timely arrivals.
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns.
Maintain organized records and dispatch requests efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Bilingual (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior customer service or dispatch experience is a plus.
Punctuality and exceptional attendance record, as reliability is crucial to this role.
