2-4 years of experience in customer support or service, ideally in a call center/ecommerce environment
BA or AA preferred
Experience in a call center environment is a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms (Zendesk) and
ERP platforms (Netsuite) is a plus
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
