Responsibilities
Managing large amounts of incoming calls
Data Entry
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, complete information by using proper methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and polices
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications
One or more years of experience as a Customer Service Representative is required
Must type 25 words per minute
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking
A strong degree of self-motivation and accountability
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.
Receptivity to continual coaching and feedback
Quickbooks experience
Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
Knowledge of local geographic territory.
High school diploma, GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education.
Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
