Customer Service Expert at The UPS Store

We are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our team that acts with integrity, honesty and truly enjoys serving the public. We are looking for someone who delivers exceptional service to all customers; responds to our customer needs in a timely manner and provides quality service consistently. It's important to have the ability to maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to TUPSS standards. Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of TUPSS.

Maintains a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to TUPSS standard.

Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers cues.

Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers; responds to customer needs in a timely manner.

Follows TUPSS operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all members during each shift.

Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that other team members can locate products easily.

Provides quality service consistently by adhering to all TUPSS guidelines.

Follows health and safety guidelines for all products.

Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs.

Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.

1-2 years of customer service experience.

Computer skills a plus!

Shifts:

Part-time/Full-time

Hours vary Monday-Friday 8:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
