Small Business Assistant to the Owner

I am looking to hire an assistant to help me with all areas of my business where I no longer have time to pickup the slack or complete my ever-growing lists. This position will begin as part-time with the intention to grow into a full-time position. Duties and tasks will involve everything from running errands, doing pickups/deliveries for materials and with clients, bringing inventory to/from storage, scheduling appointments, managing emails, organizing files, applications for events and licenses, invoicing, organizing inventory, restocking and so much more.

An exceptional candidate would be willing and enthusiastic about hands on work with my business such as packaging products, customer service responses on my social platforms, assisting with product development research, management of ecommerce platforms, marketing emails and more depending on specialized skills.

Must have a drivers license, must be flexible, must be capable of working as quickly and efficiently as possible while unsupervised as this will involve a lot of working independently. I need someone who is willing to assist with the small, menial tasks that simply need to get checked off of to-do lists with a great attitude.

Previous work as an administrative assistant, personal assistant or virtual assistant is a plus but not necessary. Background working in business management, administration or working for a small business also preferred, but not necessary.
