Scope of Position:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, design professionals, and contractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing project documentation and providing effective communication to stakeholders to ensure the successful and seamless execution of our projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Review all assigned project contracts. Collaborate with the management team and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in the creation of project related documents; Internal Proposals, Contracts, Contractor RFP’s, Project Site Checklists, Resident Communication, Meeting Agendas, Change Orders, and other documents for assigned projects.
Perform site observations.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Provide regular communication with stakeholders.
Attendance at HOA Board meetings taking agenda notes and follow up actions.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Requirements:
5 years of construction project management experience
Valid Drivers License
Excellent communication and customer service skills
