Rancho el Agave is seeking a certified and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team.
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll using our POS system, Toast Payroll. This role includes reviewing employee hours, ensuring accurate calculations for payments, and maintaining detailed payroll records. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and Verification: Accurately review and verify employee hours worked each pay period.
Payroll Processing: Calculate and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
Employee Support: Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Reporting: Generate and distribute payroll reports as required by management.
System Management: Utilize payroll software efficiently and stay updated with any software changes or upgrades.
Qualifications:
Certification: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is required.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll practices, procedures, and regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Toast POS, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
