Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Operations Manager at Waypoint Partners located in San Diego, CA. The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, book keeping, coordinating office activities, supervising office staff, and ensuring efficient and effective operations within the organization.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software

Ability to manage and lead a team

Experience in office management or related field
Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
