office manager/bookkeeper

We are a small classic car automotive restoration shop in El Cajon (less than 10 employees) We are looking for an office manager/bookkeeper. (Duties include daily customer billing (accounts receivable) paying bills (accounts payable) Payroll submission (We use a service for payroll) Organization of income and expenses for yearly tax return; Employee interface and record keeping for employees. Interface with local government agencies such as Bureau of automotive repair, local EPA agencies and insurance companies (liability insurance, disability insurance etc.) Should have working knowledge of Quickbooks. We are a small happy company with a healthy work environment. Do not worry if you do not have experience in all areas. We can figure it out.
