CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING-PAYROLL ASST. PART TIME (ENTRY-LEVEL)

East County Subcontractor is looking for an intelligent person with excellent work ethic to fill a part-time construction accounting position. Prefer a candidate with 1-2 years’ recent construction experience. May lead to full-time work for the right person. Candidates should be extremely meticulous, trustworthy, possess common sense, make good decisions, and show up when scheduled to work. Must be accurate, like working with numbers, being organized and pro-active. Excellent oral and written communication skills, above average Excel skills, ability to multi-task, and writing grammatically correct correspondence. Knowledge of payroll, certified payroll, A/P, A/R, billing, lien releases, credit card & bank reconciliations, etc. preferred. Must pass pre-employment drug screen. We participate in e-Verify.
