Established Local Company seeking an experienced AP/AR Assistant. Duties include AR monitoring timely Client's payments. Payroll Administration: Prepare payroll data for semi-monthly payroll processing. Validate hours from our time keeping system.
THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE POSITION ONLY (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
General Accounting: Prepare and post all general ledger entries into an Accounting System by maintaining records and files. Provide assistance to Controller.
Minimum Qualifications and Experiences:
Must have a High Proficiency & Hands-On Experience with QUICKBOOKS System "and" Excel is "REQUIRED"
Minimum 3 years "current" experience administering payroll.
