Established manufacturing Company seeking an experienced AR/AP Assistant. Duties include AR monitoring timely Client's payments. Payroll Administration: Prepare payroll data for semi-monthly payroll processing in a timely manner. Validate hours from our time keeping system.
THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE POSITION ONLY (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
General accounting: Prepare and post all general ledger entries into an accounting system by maintaining records and files. Provide assistance to Controller.
Minimum Qualifications and Experiences:
High proficiency & hands on experience with QUICKBOOKS System AND Excel is "REQUIRED"
Minimum 3 yrs "current" experience administering payroll.
