A modernized, bistro style restaurant in Lemon Grove, CA is looking for a part-time administrative bookkeeper to join our team. We are a group of dedicated professionals who values effective and friendly work environment.

This position is on-site with a potential to become hybrid after the first 90-day onboarding and trial period. You will report to accounting controller. We are seeking someone long-term.
Ongoing duties will include:
- light administrative duties,
- posting of weekly revenue journal entries using QBO Online,
- processing Accounts Payable, weekly AP checkrun onsite,
- processing bi-weekly payroll,
- emails, correspondence, vendors communication such as email and credit applications, inquiries,
- assisting our accounting controller with accounting month end tasks and, ad-hoc projects.
Administrative skills, ability to multi-task, focus, work with numbers, strong time management, and 2+ years working with QuickBooks Online or similar software application are required for this role. Candidates with prior HR experience may be given a priority.
Hours will be 10-12 hour per week during non-payroll weeks, and 14-16 during payroll weeks.
