We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Working Supervisor to join our team. As a Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of kitchen, bathroom remodeling and painting projects, including quality control.
- Lead a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
- Perform hands-on work including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other construction tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in a variety of construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, texture and tile installation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- bilingual English- Spanish is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
