True Line Builders is a leading Sacramento based construction firm specializing in the tenant improvements industry most specific to food service. We are dedicated to the design and construction of excellence in our field and currently seeking a new like minded team member for immediate hire.
As a leader in our company, the accepted applicant will be responsible for the oversight and management of commercial projects. The superintendent responsibilities include coordination and scheduling of both subcontractors, TLB specific trade employees, and local inspectors. The Super will report directly to the corresponding Project manager and will keep full logs of all project disciplines while maintaining project schedules and quality control. Applicant should be a leader and therefor a self starter with a demeanor that commands respect.
Most of our projects are within 2hours of the office and although most of our supers are home every night we are currently hiring for our projects on the further edge of our territory. Accepted applicant will be initially assigned to our West Shore Tahoe project for at least the next 12 months. Accepted applicant will have options to commute or stay in town at their discretion.
Qualifications:
-10 plus years experience in the construction industry with a minimum of 5yrs in management.
-Experience in tenant improvements, ground ups, apartments, hotels, etc.
-Ability to read and comprehend project specifications and design drawings including MEPS.
-Detail oriented and organized
-Experience with management software such as ProCore and BuilderTrend.
-Strong problem solving skills
-Positive demeanor
-Clean driving record
-Ability to work in a team environment
-College degree or classes in Construction Management is a plus
