Seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech for a property management firm. Part-time hours, regular routine. Skills seeking basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic painting and wall work, basic carpentry, good problem solving, good communication, reliable transportation with current registration and insurance. Must have previous handyman or maintenance experience.
Area- Midtown, Arden Arcade, South Sac and North Sacramento area.
