Residential cabinet shop is looking for an outside sales representative offering modern and traditional custom cabinets.
You will play an important role in driving sales to the single-family new home markets such as Bay Area, Placer, Yolo, Sacramento and El Dorado County. Your main resposibility will be to develop leads, build relationships with clients, and facilitate the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead generation: indentify and qualify clients in the single-family new home market.
Client Engagement: build and maintain strong business relationship with designers, builders, and developers to understand their cabinet needs and project timelines.
Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of our cabinet products and installation services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and customatization options to clients.
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to showcase our cabinet solutions.
Quoting and Proposals: Prepare cabinet designs, accurate quotes and proposals, ensuring they meet clients' specifications and timelines.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address client requests, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Sales Experiece: minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industry.
Product Knowledge: familiarity with cabinets, millwork, or construction materials is a plus.
Technical Skills: proficieny with Cabinet Vision or similar cabinet design software.
Self-Motivation: highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work indepdently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Problem-solving: strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address client needs.
Valid Driver License
Compensation:
Commission-based pay + bonuses for top performers (DOE)
