REM Construction is currently seeking qualified and certified subcontractors to bid on two upcoming projects located at various locations in the Sacramento area.
We are particularly interested in engaging certified MBE/WBE (Minority Business Enterprise/Women's Business Enterprise) and Section 3 subcontractors for various scopes of work.
Bids Due: December 2, 2024 and December 6, 2024
Scope of Work including by not limited to concrete, metals, roofing, doors, glazing, drywall, paint, residential appliances, casework, countertops, HVAC, electrical, low volt, sitework, landscaping, and more.
Asbestos Abatement (C-22)
Electrical (C-10)
Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation and A/C (C-20)
Roofing (C-39)
Low Voltage System (C-7)
Fire Protection (C-16)
Lathing and Plastering (C-35)
Landscaping (C27)
Surveillance subcontractor (must be a certified Digital Watchdog (DW) installer)
Certification Requirements:
Subcontractors must be certified as MBE/WBE or Section 3 businesses. Please include copies of relevant certifications with your bid submission.
