Vacancy caducado!
I am a licensed GC building 3 IDENTICAL homes on the same street in Woodland. The homes are within walking distance of each other and we are building them at the same time. They are 2-story homes: 2,125sf + 384sf garage. Again, these 3 homes are identical so you only have to bid one of them (although all 3 plans sets are available, the only difference is the address).
We just received permit approval from the City and now I need to line up subcontractors for the work. The pads are graded and construction will begin in a few weeks. I am looking for all trades but mostly the big ones like concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, stucco, and HVAC. I only work with licensed, insured and bonded contractors like myself so if you don't fit this criteria please move on.
For electrical and plumbing, I will provide all finishes. I will also provide heat pump water heaters. The homes are all-electric. Prefab trusses are coming from Mike Walker. I can purchase the lumber package as well.
