Safe Side Security Inc. is a leader in Commercial and Residential Security Systems. We are looking for a entry level - experienced professional to assist with installations, troubleshooting, computer networking, and programming of electronic security systems.
Responsibilities:
· Install and program Burglar Alarms, Camera Systems, Access Control, and Smart Home Devices
· Terminate and install devices such as motion sensors, card readers, door contacts, etc.
· Respond to customer request for onsite service and repairs
· Address and resolve customer concerns by maintaining equipment in a timely manner
· Participate in team meetings
Experience:
· Experience/knowledge of low voltage electrical
· Experience with computers, tablets, networking equipment, and wiring
· Experience working with a wide variety of hand tools, multimeters, wire, etc.
· Ability to work in a team as well as independently
· Must be willing to learn and take direction
· Must be organized, a self-starter, and have the ability to multitask
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work, current California driver’s license, and clean driving record
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, FBI, and DOJ background check
Preferred but not required:
· Knowledge of platforms including: DSC, Qolsys, Honeywell, Alarm.com, Amazon Alexa, Ring, Google Home, IP & analog camera systems.
