Sacramento based software distributor seeking experienced help desk technical support for various POS software including Retail Pro and Quickbooks POS. Require at least two years of telephone and onsite application support. Candidate must be able to support multi-site, multi-network server/work station environment and be able to support all Microsoft Operating Systems. Inventory control, point of sale and/or retail operations experience and SQL knowledge recommended.
