Aria Collective is located in the heart of Midtown, Sacramento in a beautiful 1,000 sq ft space with floor to ceiling windows and a warm, comfortable feel. The main space is a salon with 2 chairs and 1 full time stylist.
We have a 200 sq ft private room available for rent that's perfect for a lash artist, esthetician, massage therapist, or potentially for a hairstylist. It's spacious, has new flooring and paint, and you can completely customize it to make it your own.
We are looking to find the right person who wants the room full time, which means you have flexibility to work whatever days you wish.
We provide WIFI, snacks and beverages for clients, a break room with a fridge and microwave, and the room can come partially furnished or you can bring in all of your own furniture/decor.
$1,000 per month and the room is available to prorate October rent or to start on November 1st!
