Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable used vehicles
Provide detailed information on vehicle features and performance to customers
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
Handle sales-related documentation and contracts to ensure smooth transactions
Assist in optimizing inventory strategies based on market trends and stock levels
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales experience, with preference for automotive sales experience
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Proficiency in English
Team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software
Legal U.S. resident with a valid work permit or green card
Valid California driver’s license
