I'm Nick, a Solar Specialist, Sales Consultant and Owner of a solar sales and install company in Northern California. My team is composed of a small group of guys that hold records at Top 10 solar companies for most solar panels installed in a day in CA. We are a new company that specializes in roof solar, battery storage systems, off-grid, ground mounts, and self-sustaining solar systems. Our mission, is to bring the homeowner the best solar system for their financial and personal needs. We do comprehensive home energy assessments, and customized solar systems that give the customer the most efficient options when shopping for a solar system.
We are currently building sales teams in the following areas, and are looking for Sales Reps, Sales Team Leaders.

- Sacramento / Elk Grove & Surrounding Areas
- AND Sales Positions are available nearly all over California.
The sales reps utilizing rural areas the are one's making the most right now. Net Metering 3.0 is PGEs new taxation system making it so the homeowner loses out on their energy unless they have a battery storage system. In cities, they already have solar but they still need more solar panels and batteries. New homes, legally, must be constructed with 9 or 9 panels, which is not nearly enough for the modern family, so new homes need solar add-ons.
Between me and my small team we have over 100 years solar experience. I managed an office as a Sunrun certified partner, where I managed 90+ installers and technicians. I was running 8 crews, and in any given week we were making $1 to $2 million a week.
We are currently looking for 6 to 8 people to be sales reps, teams of 2, to sell solar and setup referral systems in your area.You will be 10-99 contractor, you handle your own taxes.
YOU:
- Have a high school Diploma or GED
- Have some sales experience or be willing to be trained
- Have a reliable vehicle and a license.
- Good people skills.
- Clean cut, dress professionally.
- Able to use technology well.
- Hungry to make money and learn.
On Average, each sale will be between $400 and $3,000 commission for you, the sales rep. If you are working as a team of 2 and you both got the sale, the commission will be split between the both of you.
You will be assigned to 10 hours of time a week, and will need to turn in reports of what you did that work. Of course, the more time you spend, the more money there is to be made. We will provide you with territories, and you just tell me which streets you hit. You will be taught how to setup referral systems, the key to big money is making an initial 5 or 10 sales, then our team will ensure those installs happen to the best of quality, then you setup a referral system with those customers and their neighbors, offering $250 for ANYONE they bring you that ends up getting solar. Create a system where other people sell the solar with you.
I have 10 years experience in solar, and am extremely knowledgeable and will make customers feel very confident getting solar through me. Your job is to get the customer who is serious about solar, to talk to me. 1 out of 2 interested customers, I will close the sale.
