ZZK Solar, is seeking a motivated and experienced sales crew for residential/commercial solar projects across Sacramento valley, the Bay Area and the northern part of CA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about renewable energy and seeking an uncapped earning potential in a growing industry.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Actively seek out potential residential customers to introduce and promote solar energy solutions.

Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions, showcasing the benefits of going solar.

Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, community events, and personal networking. Follow up promptly with all leads to convert prospects to customers.

Sales Presentations: Conduct in-home or virtual presentations to explain the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings involved.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to company goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar industry or other renewable energy fields.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with customers effectively.

Sales Acumen: A deep understanding of the sales process with the ability to close deals efficiently.

Motivation & Drive: Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong passion for renewable energy.

Reliable Transportation: Must have a vehicle for site visits.
