Sales Assistant needed, full time M-F $25 per hour, paid holidays, full time in office, office, limited benefits.
Responsible for providing excellent client service and product order taking. Perform helping with answering phone calls, calling customers to verify orders, taking sales order, customer inquiries, sample & marketing preparing & mailing, general marketing & sales tasks as assigned.
Sales Associate are expected to provide a high-quality experience for clients. Assist with sending marketing and promoting products and services and ensure the company meets all customers’ needs to encourage repeat business. Professional office skills, appearance and behavior required. Computer skills and phone skill required
Description:
Assist in assigned gutter guard brand and clients within market segments. Provide feedback for sales and marketing development within assigned market segment. Responsible for client data mining, new prospect and existing customer communication, and issue resolution to reach assigned yearly sales forecasts. Perform necessary functions to reach goals and customer sales guidelines set out by Sales and Marketing Manager. Office assigned. Position reports to Sales and Marketing Manager.
Job Duties:
Understand assigned Brand Business Unit, and company-wide structure
Manage assigned Brands in project based, sales based, marketing based within market segment.
Call customers and clients to sell and monitor their activities.
Working knowledge of how the gutter guard industry works, with pros & cons of each.
Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market
Perform dealer onboarding from negation to close under supervision of Sales Manager
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new clients
Perform assessments to identify the needs of the client
Light travel, 2 weeks a year to visit clients and attend trade shows
Aim for and achieve a great increase in revenue in the target market
Working knowledge of office computer software.

Job Qualification:
4 years work experience or 2+ years College level experience
Computer science knowledge and experience, phone sales, self-starter, and professionalism required.
MS Office, advanced math skills, highly detail oriented, team player, record keeping, office professional manners.
