Position: Home Improvement Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for home improvement projects

- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals

Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry (Min. 5 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
