Position: Catering Sales Associate. No outside sales or travel required.
Job Description:
As a catering sales associate for corporate, social and wedding events, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our catering services. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Taking catering phone sales orders.
Answering catering leads generated from inquiries, referrals and repeat clients.
Create menu proposals tailored to clients' request.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget.
Collaborate with our culinary team to create customized menu proposals that align with clients' needs and preferences.
Present proposals to clients professionally and persuasively, addressing any questions or concerns to secure bookings.
Create terms and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Facilitate the contract signing process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Serve as a liaison between clients and operation departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the planning process, addressing any last-minute requests or adjustments.
Qualifications:
Sales and food service experience preferred. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, customer service oriented, excellent communicator, and organized.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Position: Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
