We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced in home Sales Representative to join our dynamic home improvement team! If you have a passion for roofing, siding, and decking and are eager to help homeowners improve their exteriors, this opportunity is perfect for you.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in Home Improvement Sales (required).

Knowledge of siding, windows and decking is a must.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented with a proven ability to set and achieve personal sales goals.

Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology.

Be available to run leads 5 days a week.

Other Qualifications:

Construction knowledge and experience with residential exteriors.

HIS License from the State of California.

High level of professionalism when dealing with clients and team members.

PC and iPad proficient.

Reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

Run company provided leads.

Personal Sales Production: Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and offer customized solutions for roofing, siding, and decking projects.

Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service from initial consultation to project completion.

Lead Management: Assist in managing and following up with leads to ensure timely appointments and smooth project coordination.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
