Temporary position for one month, full time hours. Possible extension of a longer assignment.
Respond to rental inquiries, update marketing ads, show apartments, process applications and leases, answer phones, resident relations, general office administration, report any uncleanliness or repairs of the property, and any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Prefer some experience in multifamily apartments, but not necessary if you have worked in hotels, banking, customer service, etc.
