Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of property management duties, contracts, and compliance while building a portfolio that provides monthly revenue. 100% ownership position is possible for the right self-motivated individual. If you are a self-starter, goal, and results driven professional with a deep desire for stable, continuous, and reliable income, a high degree of integrity, business ethics, and a broker's license or willing to get your broker's license within ninety days, then this opportunity is for you! This opportunity will allow you to work independently, set your own hours, and potentially stabilize fluctuating income to offset your real estate sales. If you are currently working in property management but feel stuck, limited, and over-worked or underappreciated, this opportunity is for you too!
You don't have to have sold property to be considered, however you should have a general overall understanding of real estate, contracts, and experience in property management, construction, or real estate development.
Qualifications
High level of contractual knowledge
Real estate broker's license or the ability to obtain one in ninety days
Knowledge of MLS or other property listing platforms
Knowledge of the real estate market
Experience helping investor clients
1031 exchange experience helpful but not required
Apartment industry knowledge helpful but not required
Basic accounting knowledge helpful but not required
Ability to lead others and mediate between tenants and owners
Ability to enforce lease terms and compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing and strict adherence to the national and state laws
Knowledge of landlord tenant laws
Ability to perform market analysis for pricing and tracking market trends
Self-motivated, disciplined, and a strong desire to stabilize income.
