Admin Assistant in Real Estate Appraisal

Looking for a person with experience in Real Estate or someone interested in learning the appraisal side of the industry. I am looking for person to train with me for 2 weeks then work remotely in setting my appointments and typing up reports, uploading reports and taking care of communication while I am on the road. It helps if you understand MLS and can work without much direction when I am on the road 3-4 times a week. This would start as part time and when the market picks up will be full time. There are no benefits as I am a sole proprietor. Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
