Key Responsibilities:
- Mail and Filing: Checking and organizing mail, managing filing systems, and handling other administrative tasks.
- Car Maintenance: Ensuring vehicles are well maintained, including filling with gas, taking for service, and car washes.
- Grocery Shopping: Managing grocery lists and shopping for household needs.
- Appointments: Booking and coordinating personal appointments for the CEO and family members.
- Household Tasks: Assisting with occasional household chores and errands as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be located in Folsom or El Dorado Hills, CA
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A plus if you are skilled in G Suite tools and have any administrative assistant experience
